ESLOWSBAN® Self-Management Rally is now available in POD — Spanish Edition

For years, PH1N1X has accompanied teams, educators, and leaders in the challenge of working with clarity, without burning out, and without losing sight of what truly matters.

And she has also seen something: many training programs end up becoming hours spent in a meeting room that, instead of helping, can feel exhausting.

That is where ESLOWSBAN® Self-Management Rally was born.

A six-day experience to discover how to work with calm, clarity, and self-management: one step at a time, one day at a time, and one task at a time.

With 35-minute blocks each day, without rushing and at your own pace.

But there was something else behind PH1N1X’s vision when she turned this journey into a book:

that the Rally could be available whenever a team needed it, without depending on an external session to carry it out.

And today, we are very happy to share that it is now also available as a paperback print-on-demand edition through Lulu.

For a Head of HR or a Team Leader, this means being able to keep copies available and bring the journey to their team when the time comes.

And for those who prefer paper, it offers another way to experience these six days: holding the book in their hands, underlining, using colors, making notes, and moving through the pages in their own way.

Because conscious agility can also begin like this:

slowing down at your own pace.

Resistance isn’t laziness — it’s a message from your energy.

Image: Cipher, creative assistant at Becoming Agile.

Have you ever had something on your to-do list and, even though you know you “should” do it, you feel an inner brake?
That’s not laziness. It’s your energy saying: “Not now.”

When there’s resistance, your energy is fragmented.
Forcing it is like pushing a river against its current: it’s exhausting, and the results are rarely optimal.

Keys to recognizing and managing resistance:

  • Pause and listen. Stop and ask yourself: Do I want to do it?
  • Identify the right moment. If the answer is “yes, but not now,” respect that.
  • Let go of “I have to.” Shift your mindset to “I choose to do it when I’m aligned.”
  • Observe your pattern. If you’re used to flowing with your energy, alignment may take minutes or hours. If not, it may take days… and that’s okay too.

In ESLOWSBAN®, I teach you to work with your energy, not against it.

And the first step is knowing where you are today and how your internal rhythm impacts your results.
Download the ESLOWSBAN® Self-Assessment (it’s free) and discover where you stand and what adjustments will help you flow without breaking.

Because productivity isn’t about running faster — it’s about moving when the current carries you.

    (Regeneración, no sobreexigencia.)

What does “performing” mean to you?

The first question I ask when I talk about ESLOWSBAN® is:
What if performing didn’t have to hurt… the way it does now?

From a young age, we’re taught to evaluate our “performance.”
We learn it so well that we stop asking if that definition is really ours… or if it ever was.

🔹 The word performance comes from the Latin reddere: to return, to give something back.
It wasn’t a battle cry, nor a burden.
It was flow. A natural movement.

In its origins, it spoke of life itself:

  • Agriculture (16th–18th century): “This year, the land gave a good yield of corn.”
(The earth simply returned what it had received.)
  • Trade: “My investment in the spice caravan had a good return.”
(A natural response, not pressure to produce more.)
  • Daily life: “Rest nourishes the spirit and returns strength to the body.”
    (Regeneration, not overexertion.)

With the Industrial Revolution (19th–20th century), the word was distorted:

  • Factories: “A good worker proves his performance by delivering more pieces in less time.”
  • 1950s: “An employee’s success is measured by performance: overtime hours and total dedication.”
  • 1980s: “To improve performance, we must increase productivity and cut down on breaks.”

Today, even after a global pandemic, we still move the same way:

“We need to optimize processes so the team’s performance can be fully measurable and sustainable, without losing productivity.”

🔹 Where am I going with this?
Your body feels it.
Every time you hear “we need to perform more,” your system tightens.
Performance stopped being a natural response and became a demand.

With ESLOWSBAN®, we open another door:
We stop “performing” and give way to BEING.
Because when you change the word, you change the emotion.
When you change the emotion, your body reacts differently.
And when your body stops fighting, true performance emerges—
the kind that doesn’t break you, but sustains you.

Not so sure about that?
🙃 Try it!
In my courses, I always say:
“Let’s change the word problem to situation. How does that feel?”
In that moment, faces soften.

I smile because it’s something I’ve practiced for a long time, and I ask them:
“Now, when you talk to your teams and complex situations arise, say it this way: We have this situation.”

From that first moment, you’re helping everyone receive the information openly—without fear, without stress. That’s what makes the difference in the kind of responses or solutions you’ll get and, naturally, improves performance… because it gives way to BEING.

🌱 Seed for today: Listen to how you talk to yourself. Your body is already responding.
